"Enduring Legacy” was the theme for Monte Jade Science & Technology Association Annual Luncheon at the Menlo Circus Club — which marked the last event this year as we wrap up 2024. Beautiful setting and fantastic turnout of sponsors, former and current Board members, speakers, volunteers and friends and family of Monte Jade across generations!
The fireside chat moderated by our Board member and Chair of MJAA mentorship program Julie Huang with our former Chairs Ed Yang & David Jeng brought out the history of Monte Jade and the cross generational transition and challenges as we evolve to stay relevant to our community and members. This dynamic and heartwarming conversation representing the past, current and future generations of MJW reminds us how important it is to appreciate what each generations can bring to the table, the importance of communication, and stay generous (大方）！
As we wrap up 2024, we are grateful for all our current Board members and committee leaders, support and encouragement from the former Boards, volunteers, friends and family and sponsors. We are humbled by the passion it takes to run a non-profit organization and thankful for those of you who remain constant to our community!
