Join us as we bring thought leader Andrew Blau - Managing Director at Deloitte who leads their Signature Issues Program created to accelerate Deloitte’s insights and services on the most important cross-cutting issues shaping organizations and markets.  Also Nana Tseng - VP Sales of ASE the worlds largest semiconductor packing company with over $10B in global revenues brings insights to how the global semiconductor supply chain is dealing with this new world. Speaker bio:


Andrew Blau, Managing Director, Deloitte Consulting With more than 30 years of experience that spans strategy consulting, futures thinking, social impact, and public policy, Andrew helps executive teams address and adapt to the most critical issues likely to shape their future success. He is a managing director at Deloitte Consulting, where he leads work on the firm’s “Signature Issues” program, created to accelerate Deloitte’s insights and services on the most important cross-cutting issues shaping organizations and markets. Previously, he launched and led Deloitte’s Strategic Risk Solutions practice, created to help senior executives and boards spot and prepare for disruption and other fundamental threats to their competitive position and business model. He also served as senior adviser to the Chief Strategy Officer, guiding internal efforts to develop and refine strategy for Deloitte and many of its practice areas, and as a Deloitte “Blockchain Fellow,” advising clients and Deloitte on the implications of the technology. Andrew joined Deloitte in 2013 with Deloitte’s acquisition of the Monitor Group, where he was a partner and head of Global Business Network, famous for the use of scenarios and other tools that help organizations thrive in a complex, uncertain environment. In that role, he led the largest dedicated scenario practice in the world, helping leaders in industry, government, and philanthropy manage uncertainty, develop new strategies, and make their organizations more able to adapt to change.


Nana Tseng, VP of Sales, ASE Nana Tseng is Vice President of Sales at Advanced Semiconductor Engineering (ASE), the world’s largest provider of independent manufacturing services in assembly and test. Based out of ASE’s US headquarter in Sunnyvale, she is responsible for the sales strategy, technical program management, business development and growth of the West region, covering a wide spectrum of fabless and IDM customers in diverse market applications. Her passion in this industry comes from working with innovative companies committed to bring the next revolutionary technology to the market. Prior to joining ASE in 2003, Nana worked and lived in Singapore for 7 years, starting as a management consultant at Booz & Company (formerly Booz Allen & Hamilton) working with multinationals and state owned enterprises in Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore specializing in market entry strategies, process re-engineering, and corporate restructuring. She holds a BS degree from University of California, Berkeley, and MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.


Michael Costigan, Scenarios & Strategic Planning, Office of the CEO, Salesforce Mick Costigan works on scenarios and strategy in the Office of the CEO at Salesforce. Mick was previously a fellow in the AI & Machine Learning team at the World Economic Forum's Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. He spent six years as a leader in Salesforce's customer innovation team, Ignite, founding the Latin America team and developing the company's CEO thought leadership content on Customer Transformation. He has more than 15 years’ experience consulting on strategy, innovation, scenarios and economic development, including at Global Business Network and Monitor Group, working with customers on five continents. He holds a Diplôme de Grande Ecole / MSc. from ESCP Europe and a BA in Economic and Social Science from Trinity College Dublin. He speaks fluent Spanish and French. Mick is originally from Ireland but has lived in the Bay Area since 2007.
